8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Customers may request a refund within 3 business days of purchase provided the promotion has not been activated, redeemed, or scheduled.
After the refund window expires, purchases become non-refundable due to administrative costs and travel inventory allocations.
Refunds may not be granted once:
A reservation has been confirmed
Travel documents have been issued

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
9. Chargeback Policy
