Welcome to Grace Built on Faith LLC. By booking a vacation package, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Booking Requirements
All travel packages must be booked at least 30 days in advance of your intended travel date. For travel during peak season—defined as all major holidays, spring break periods, and summer travel (June through August)—we require 90 days’ advance notice to ensure availability.
Failure to book within these windows may result in limited options or forfeiture of availability for your selected destination.
2. Presentation Requirement
Some of our destination offers are provided in partnership with resorts and vacation clubs. These destinations may require attendance at a 90-minute presentation highlighting the benefits of vacation club membership.
Participation in this presentation is mandatory where applicable and is clearly stated in the package offer details. Guests who fail to attend the required presentation may be subject to additional charges or cancellation of benefits provided under the promotional rate.
3. Resort Taxes and Fees
Certain destinations charge resort taxes, service fees, or incidental charges that are not included in the initial package price. These fees vary by location and are due at the time of booking or upon check-in at the destination property.
Grace Built on Faith LLC does not control these fees and will provide a detailed breakdown of any applicable charges during the booking process.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all package purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel your plans, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at GraceBuiltOnFaith@gmail.com or calling (786) 238-3572.
Refunds requested after the 30-day window will not be honored. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Note: If you have already scheduled or begun the booking process, cancellation fees may apply depending on the terms of the partner resort.
5. Changes and Modifications
Grace Built on Faith LLC reserves the right to change package availability, pricing, and travel requirements at any time without notice. If changes occur after your booking, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and provide alternative options of equal or greater value.
6. Limitation of Liability
Grace Built on Faith LLC acts solely as a booking agent for vacation packages provided by third-party travel partners. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, property changes, or other disruptions beyond our control. Travel is undertaken at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary travel documents, insurance, or identification for your trip.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle all customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your personal information is used solely for booking, confirmation, and customer service purposes and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where necessary to fulfill your booking.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment for any vacation package or utilizing services provided by Grace Built on Faith LLC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms prior to purchase. If you do not agree with these policies, please do not proceed with your booking.
